Keto diet low carb mushroom and ground beef meal dinner easy, healthy, and quick for the family
Ingredients:
Ground meat ( Beef, Turkey or Chicken ) 1 lb
Tumeric 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin 1/2 teaspoon
Zaatar 2 teaspoon
Mint 2 teaspoon ( fresh or dried) O
Olive oil 4 tablespoon
Red onion 1 small
Portabello mushroom 4
Mazzarella cheese 1 cup
Tomato paste 2 teaspoon
Salt and pepper as needed
1. Fry the onion in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, when translucent, add the spices. Sautee the onion and spices for 2 minutes and add the ground meat.
2. Let the meat cook/fry for 10 minutes, then add tomato paste and 1 cup of water.
close the lid and let the meat simmer for 15 minutes.
3. place the mushrooms in an oven-safe dish upside down. Add 2 spoonful of ground meat. Add a layer of cheese, sprinkle with mint and add olive oil as shown.
4. Cover the dish and bake in 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
