INGREDIENTS:
* Chilled yogurt
* Fresh pomegranate
* Roasted cumin powder
* Black pepper powder
* Chaat masala powder
* Black salt
* Coriander or mint leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1- Whisk the yogurt till it becomes smooth.
Step 2- Season it with the roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, chat masala and salt.
Step 3- Add the pomegranate arils and reserve a few for garnish.
Step 4- Stir and pour the raita in serving bowls and garnish with the pomegranate arils and coriander or mint leaves.
Step 5- Can chill and serve the pomegranate raita later.
