Banting Granola Breakfast Idea

Hi All! So I constantly find myself rushing in the morning with almost zero time to prepare anything healthy to eat. This is a quick and easy breakfast idea for those who need to have something healthy and banting approved.

If you are banting and are new to this, you may find yourself battling to find breakfast ideas and you may really need a fresh idea away from the eggs and the avocados.

To make the banting granola breakfast, you will need the following:

-3 Tbl Double Cream Yoghurt (I used Parmalat plain double cream yoghurt).

-Xylitol to taste (I used half a teaspoon).

-2 Tbl Woolworths Carb Clever Coconut and Vanilla flavoured granola

-A few fresh raspberries

Please note that the above is according to my personal ratios, so you are welcome to adjust accordingly.

Method:

1. Pop the double cream yoghurt into a bowl.
2. Add the xylitol and blend with the yoghurt (This is optional).
3. Now add the granola mix.
4. Top with some fresh raspberries.
5. Enjoy your healthy banting granola breakfast.
