INGREDIENTS:
1 Bag of Gardein Meatless Meatballs
1 Bag of Green Giant Veggie Spirals (Zucchini)
1 – 3 Tbsp of Bragg Nutritional Yeast
3 – 4 Cups of Broccoli Florets Raw or Frozen
3 – 4 Cups of Cauliflower Florets Raw or Frozen
24 Oz Jar of Tomato Pasta Sauce Use whatever kind you like
1 Tbsp of Oregano
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
Fresh or Cracked Pepper
Chopped Green Onions 1 or 2 should be fine
YOU CAN ADD ANY OTHER VEGETABLES YOU ENJOY
I ALSO ADDED SOME DAIYA SHREDDED CHEESE AT THE END It was delicious without too
