Ingredients (1 serving):
Low-fat paneer – 100g
Bread crumbs – ½ slice (approx. 15g)
Corn starch – ½ tbsp
Dahi (curd) – 75g
Red chilli sauce – ½ tbsp
Mustard sauce – ½ tbsp

Macros:

24g Protein | 18g Carbs | 10g Fat

Steps:
– Cut the paneer into cubes.
– Dip each cube in a mix of water + corn starch.
– Coat the cubes evenly with bread crumbs.
– In a separate bowl, mix dahi, red chilli sauce and mustard sauce for the dressing.
– Air-fry the coated paneer cubes at 170°C for 15 minutes.
– Pour the dressing over the crispy paneer and serve hot during the match!
