::GREEN SMOOTHIE::
2 CUPS KALE
1 BANANA
1/2 cup FROZEN PINEAPPLE
1/4 cup ALMONDS
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
1/4 CUP Greek Yogurt
1 TBSP Honey
Some ice / water to your desire
::TURKEY CHILI::
Ingredients
1 POUND GROUND TURKEY
2 GARCLIC CLOVES
2 (15oz) Cans KIDNEY BEANS
1 Med RED BELL PEPPER
1 (15oz) Can SWEET CORN
1 (28oz) CRUSHED TOMATOS
1 YELLOW ONION
1 1/4th CHICKEN BROTH
1/4 tsp CAYENNE PEPPER
2 1/2 TBSP Chili Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
2 TSP CUMIN
1 TBPS Olive Oil
Instructions:
Place oil in large pot over Med Heat. Add onion, garlic and red pepper and sauce for 5-7 min, stirring frequently. Add in GROUND TURKEY and break up until no longer pink. Next add in CHILI POWDER, CUMIN, CAYENNE PEPPER AND SALT, stir. Add tomatoes, Chicken Broth, Kidney Beans and Corn. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 min. Adjust seasonings to taste. Garnish with anything you’d like and enjoy!
