Home-made buckwheat bread with sunflower, flax and amazing prunes!

Ingredients:

-Buckwheat flour 500gr/17.63 oz
-Salt 1 tbsp
-Sunflower seeds 3 tbsp
-Flax seeds 3 tbsp
-Ground flax
-Dried plums 200gr
-Mineral water 1 cup (250-300ml)
-Cold pressed oil 1 tbsp (optional)

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients, knead until its compact and non sticky (it takes some time cz its whole grain flour), add more water if its dry or more flour if its kinda sticky and watery,
spread with more seeds if you like and after that put in pre-heated oven at 240°C/464°F and bake for around 45 minutes.
You can eat this wonderful bread with more dried plumbs or any other dry fruit, fresh apples (yes apples), sweet sunflower spread etc, I even ate it with salty food and it was great!

100gr = 3.5274oz
1C° = 33.8 F°
tsp = teaspoon
tbsp = table spoon (we usually drink soup with it).
cup = either 80ml small cup or tea cup 250ml, i explain in brackets which one is it.
