Banana Bread Smoothie (recipe from American Heart Association)
Ingredients:
-1 medium banana
-¾ cup ice cubes
-6 tablespoons fat free plain Greek Yogurt
-2 tablespoons fat free milk
-1 tablespoon rolled oats
-1 tsp pure maple syrup
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
