Fasting Favorite: Sabudana Khichdi Recipe 🍛💛
Light, filling, and full of flavor – perfect for vrat (fasting) days or a wholesome breakfast!
🥄 Ingredients:
• 1 cup sabudana (soaked overnight)
• 1 cup peanuts (roasted & ground)
• 5–6 green chillies (ground)
• 1 medium potato (chopped)
• 1 tbsp ghee
• Salt to taste
👩🍳 Recipe:
1️⃣ Wash sabudana well & soak overnight
2️⃣ Roast peanuts, grind them & mix into soaked sabudana
3️⃣ Grind chillies with salt
4️⃣ In a pan, heat ghee & sauté chopped potatoes with a little salt
5️⃣ Add chilli paste & cook for a minute
6️⃣ Add sabudana-peanut mix & stir well
7️⃣ Cook on low until sabudana turns translucent ✨
Serve hot with a side of chilled dahi (curd) – a perfect vrat combo! 🥣💫
