🥗 Ingredients Used:
For Roasting Peanuts
½ cup peanuts (moongfali)
For Cooking
2 tbsp oil
2 medium onions (chopped)
½ cup green peas
1 finely chopped capsicum
6–8 curry leaves
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 packet Maggi Masala
1 cup vermicelli (seviyan)
Water as required (just enough to cover vermicelli)
A little freshly chopped coriander leaves

Optional: Lemon juice and tomato ketchup for garnish
