500g flour
5g sugar
5g yeast
270ml warm water
Cover and let it rest for 40 minutes.

Place in a steamer and let rise for 15 minutes.
Steam for 15 minutes (start timing after the water boils), then turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes.
