Here’s another what I eat in a day, full day of food for my family of seven! I’m trying to lose the last few pounds after having my youngest baby, so I’m buckling down, and following Trim Healthy Mama again, which is a low carb eating plan. These are my meals and snacks for the day, as well as a look at what my kids eat.
