⭐ Ingredients

Oats – 1 cup (powdered)

Curd – ½ cup

Methi leaves – 1 cup (finely chopped)

Onion – 1

Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp

Green chilli – 2

Carrot – ¼ cup (optional)

Salt, jeera, turmeric

baking soda – 1/4 tsp

coriander leaves

Water as needed

⭐ Method

Mix all ingredients into a thick batter.

Rest for 10 mins.

Add baking soda + little water and mix gently.

Pour into appe pan and cook on low flame.

No oil needed! if you are using nonstick pan Flip and cook until golden.

Super soft, healthy and ready in minutes!
