WHAT BREAKFAST FOODS ARE GOOD FOR NEW BRACES WEARERS?

1. Mcondalds Hashbrowns are OK, usually they aren’t too crunchy and if you let them soften up in the bag they’re even easier to bite into
2. Yogurt and Oatmeal are great options. BUT if you just got your braces on, I would eat the oatmeal at room temp otherwise it might make your braces feel tighter. Oftentimes, the early wires are HEAT ACTIVATED.
3. SAUSAGE PATTY is fine
4. Pancakes are also fine, they’re nice and soft! Make sure to brush and floss well!
