Asiago Chicken Bake

1/2 box of stove top stuffing
1 can of cream of chicken soup
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup shredded asiago cheese (can sub in Swiss or pepper jack)

In 9×13 baking dish (coated with cooking spray), place chicken on bottom.
Layer on cream of chicken soup & then top with cheese.
Pour stuffing over top & drizzle with melted butter.
Cover foil and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Tuna Casserole

8 oz egg noodles
1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
2 cans tuna, drained
1 cup frozen peas & carrots blend
1/4 cup dry cheddar dip mix (OR 4 oz cheddar cheese)

1/2 cup corn flakes
1/4 cup French fried onions
2 Tbsp melted butter

Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
To noodles, add tuna, soup, milk, cheese, peas & carrots.
Mix well.
Place mixture in a 9×13 (or 9×9) baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray.

In separate bowl, mix cornflakes & melted butter until well coated.
Top the noodle mixture & then layer on the French fried onions.
(I did not mix these with the butter because I didn’t want them to get mushy.)
Bake for 20 minutes on 350.

As always, thanks for watching!!
