👉Here is the detailed recipe of Amla Candy :
1.Take a 500g of amla steam it for 20mins.
2.Add it in a mixer grinder a make a smooth paste.
3.Now put it into a pan and add 1bowl of powder mishri.
4.Cook it for 2mins .
5.Then add half tsp of salt, black salt and 1tsp of lemon juice.
6.Mix it well and add 1tbsp of ghee in it.
7.Cook it until it’s consistency is thick.
8.Now add it in a tin for 20to30mins for set.
9.Then coat with powder sugar.
10.Now your amla candy is ready enjoy it😋😋.
