BLUEBERRY BAKED OATMEAL
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1tsp cinnamon/pumpking pie spice
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 maple syrup
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup blueberries
Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Lift parchment paper out of dish and let cool 15 minutes before cutting. Makes 8 servings. Good for 4 days if stored in refrigerator. Freezes well. Can replace blueberries with cherries or other fruits. I’ve also left out the berries and it was good!
