In this video, I make one of my favorite go to meals. It is very simple to make and can be done in about 30 minutes. It is ground turkey, guacamole, organic grains, and veggies! This will last me about 3 meals. Play with the recipe you can always make more or less or share with your family!

Ingredients:
Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Ground Turkey, Onion, Tomato, Chili Pepper, Cilantro, Olive Oil, Spices

1) Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
2) Chop veggies, wash, season, add 2tbsp of olive oil and place in over for 20 minutes
3) Season and add ground turkey in pan with 1tbsp of olive oil
4) Chop veggies used for guacamole and mix together
5) Microwave the already cooked grains for 90 seconds
6) Serve and ENJOY! or store for later
