It helps keep the eye healthy and prevents the skin from sign of aging.

Avocado loaf cake or avocado loaf bread is a delicious avocado recipe.

Avocado loaf bread ingredients
1 & 1/2 cup cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mashed avocado

Homemade Avocado Bread ( procedure )
1. Preheat oven to 325*F and line a small loaf pan
2. In a bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
3. In another bowl whisk oil and sugar together until light.
4. Mix egg and vanilla thoroughly ,milk and then the mashed avocado.
5. Add half of dry ingredients, continue whisking and then the other half.Mix it well.
6.Put batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until an inserted wooden skewers or toothpick is clean with a few crumbs clinging.
7.Cool Completely, slice and enjoy
