RECIPES:
BREAD:
2 1/2 cups water
2 cups sourdough
1 egg
1/3 cup oil (olive or coconut)
2/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1 T salt
3 cups wheat flour
5 – 6 cups all-purpose flour
Knead well
Let it sit covered for 6-8 hours. Put into pans, cover, and let rise.
Bake at 350 degrees F. Bake until golden brown over the tops.
This makes three loaves.
