Hi Friends, In this video am going to show you how to make sweet pongal recipe.Sweet Pongal Recipe is one of the most healthy and delicious morning breakfast in south india.
During pongal
festival this sweet pongal recipe is very popular.

Ingredients:
1.Raw Rice 250g
2.Moong Dal 100g
3.Jaggery 250g
4.Cashew Nuts 15 Pieces
5.Dry Grapes 12 Pieces
6.Cardamom 3 Pieces
7.Ghee 30g
8.Boiled Milk 100 ml.

Procedure
First Boil the Moong dal with two glasses of water and then add raw rice with two glasses of water again.Boil it for 15 mins after that add Jaggery powder after 10 mins pour 100 ml of
boiled milk in that recipe. Now deep fry the cashew nuts and grapes in 30 grams of ghee.Apply this cashew nuts in that recipe and add cardamom powder and boil it for another 5 mins.

That’s it…Healthy Sweet Pongal is Ready to Taste….
