Ingredients:-

🌿 For Sarson Ka Saag

Sarson (Mustard leaves) – 2 bunches

Palak (Spinach) – 1 bunch

Bathua (Chenopodium) – 1 bunch (optional)

Green chillies – 5-6

Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped)

Garlic – 6–8 cloves

Makki ka atta – 2 tbsp

Ghee – 2 tbsp

Onion – 1 (for tempering)

Red chilli powder – to taste

Salt – as per taste

For Makki Ki Roti :-

Makki ka atta (Cornmeal) – 1 cup

Warm water – 1/2 cup

Salt – a pinch

ajwain -1/2 tsp

Ghee or butter – for roasting
