You want to replace some of your fry food for something healthy? What about some Cauliflower? They are one of the most healthy snacks you can eat many ways and this doesn’t required a stove or oil.
Welcome back everyone to week 7 of the challenge to cook 100 different types of food cook in an air fryer.
We always want to eat healthy food and sometimes those food takes a while to be cook. To prepare the food to keep us healthy takes a lot of time, simething that a lot of us doesnt have. Therefore, the purpose of this challenge is to find way to cook food in an easier way and healthy for you viewers to have more time at home doing other things and being in a good health.
It is super simple with the air fryer and you don’t need to turn on the stove and do a lot of prepartion for the cooking.  Just want to make something that doesn’t require a lot of work, check this recipe is easy to cook at home and healthy and no oil require.
1. Just buy a Cauliflower head
2. Add some adobo or salt
3. Add Sasón Goya for color and some flavor
4. Place them inside an air fryer
5. Cook them for 10 minutes at 400° temperature
6. Ready to be serve
