Boil Broccoli for 2 minutes, strain and chop ( I have used @braydenworld electric chopper, very useful product for busy days and working mom’s)
add veggies of your choice ( I have added boiled sweet corn, onions, capsicum and tomato), you can also add paneer.
Hung Curd
salt
pepper powder
mixed herbs
red chilli flakes and mix everything well.
Take two bread slices, apply green chutney. Keep the prepared stuffing and toast on a pan with ghee/butter.
