Chia pudding
1 cup milk
5 T chia seeds
2 T maple syrup
Splash of vanilla
Mix together and let sit in the fridge overnight

Energy balls
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1-2 scoops of collagen
3 T chia seed
Splash of vanilla
Combine and roll into balls. ( it helps to let it sit in the fridge for 30mins to a hour in order to make the rolling process less messy)
