Ingredients:
100 g (½ cup) soft butter
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp strong cold coffee (or milk)
2½ cups rolled oats
Desiccated coconut, pearl sugar, or sprinkles (for rolling)
Instructions
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, cocoa, and coffee until smooth.
Stir in the oats until fully combined.
Roll into small balls.
Roll the balls in coconut or toppings of choice.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
