Winter Green Protein Bites 💚
Paneer + winter greens = clean protein snack for kids & adults 😄
Ingredients
• 200g paneer (crumbled)
• 1 cup spinach (blanched)
• ½ cup green peas (boiled)
• 1 green chilli
• ½ inch ginger
• 2 tbsp rava (suji)
• 1 tbsp curd
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• ½ tsp chat masala (optional)
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp Eno fruit salt
• Sesame seeds + oil (for appe pan)
Method
1. Paneer + oregano + chilli flakes + chat masala + salt = mix & make small balls
2. Blend spinach + peas + ginger + chilli (no water)
3. Transfer to bowl → add suji + curd + little water → make thick batter
4. Add salt + Eno and mix gently
5. Appe pan → oil → sesame seeds → pour batter → place paneer ball → cover with batter
6. Cook both sides till golden ✨
Serve with chutney 💚
