Ingredients:
Mustard oil, Panchphoran, Onions, Curry leaves, Dry red chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Snake beans(barbati), Potato, Tomato, Turmeric powder, Salt, Coriander leaves
Method:
-In a cooker add mustard oil, Panchphoran, Onion, Curry leaves and dry red chilli
-As the onions turn pink, add crushed garlic and ginger and let it cook for a minute or two
-Add tomatoes, Potato, Snakebeans
-Give it a stir
-Add Turmeric powder and Salt
-Then add a little water
-Let it cook for 1 whistle
-Garnish with coriander leaves
