Two ingredient dough bagel dogs:
Makes 16 bagel dogs
2 points per bagel dog
80 calories, 5g protein

1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
Seasoning of choice
4 cheddar turkey sausage links
(or hot dog/sausage of choice)
Pretzel salt

bake at 400 about 8 minutes, flip and bake another 8-10 minutes until lightly browned

Jalapeno popper wontons:
Makes 15 wontons
1 point for 1, 3 points for 2 wontons
40 calories, 2g protein per wonton

15 wonton wrappers
8 light laughing cow wedges
2 jalapeno peppers
2 slices center cut bacon
1 oz rf shredded cheese
Garlic salt
Jalapeno seasoning

bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes

Buffalo chicken meatballs
Makes 30 meatballs
1 point for 4 meatballs
For 1 meatball: 60 calories, 6g protein

2 lbs lean ground chicken
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 oz light mozzarella
Diced green onion
Ranch seasoning
Onion powder & garlic salt
1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Tortilla chips
6 corn tortillas
Olive oil spray
Garlic salt

Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway

Taco dip:
Makes 12 servings
1 point per serving
80 calories, 7g protein

3 1/2 cups fat free refried beans
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
Cumin, garlic salt, onion powder
1 tbsp taco sauce
2 oz rf shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomato
Jalapeño slices
