Ingredients
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 1/3 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup honey
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp salt
•1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, honey, melted butter, and vanilla.
3. Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Pour into dish and smooth the top.
5. Sprinke on any toppings toud like to use.
6. Bake 30–35 minutes, until set in the middle and lightly golden.
7. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
