Yogurt snacks and “desserts” have been my saving grace this challenge. For 75 days I can’t have one cheat meal, not even a chocolate chip! 😅
I don’t think I’ve eaten this clean for this long— maybe ever, I love a good chocolate cake, cookie, crepe filled pastry or something! But eating like that isn’t gonna help me reach my goals.
@oikos PRO will tho. It has no added sugar, 23 grams of protein AND it’s thick, creamy and so good! I’m pairing it with mango and coconut# and it’s like a good little tropical dessert with none of the guilt or compromise.
