This Non fried high protein Cabbage Paneer Manchurian is my way of sneaking veggies without complaints!

🥬🧀 High proteinCabbage Paneer Manchurian with Gravy

Soft inside / Crispy outside / No maida/ No deep frying

📝 Ingredients

For Manchurian Balls
• Cabbage + ginger + garlic + green chilli (chopped together) – 2 cups
• Crushed paneer – ½ cup
• Rice flour – ¼ cup
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp (as needed)
• Almond powder- 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tsp ( optional)
• Salt – to taste
• Black pepper – 1 tsp
• Water – as needed (little)
• Oil – for frying / appe pan

For Gravy
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Garlic – 1 tbsp
• Ginger – 1 tsp
• Onion – ¼ cup
• Capsicum – ¼ cup
• Soy sauce – 1½ tbsp( or to taste)
• Red chilli flakes – 1 tbsp( or to taste)
• Homemade Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp( or to taste)
• Vinegar – 1 tsp ( or lemon juice )
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Water – 1½–2 cups( desired consistency)
• Corn flour – 1½ tbsp + ½ cup water (slurry)
• Spring onion greens – for garnish

👩‍🍳 Method (Short & Clear)

Balls
1. Mix chopped veggies + paneer + flours + salt & pepper.
2. Add little water to make soft dough.
3. Rest 5 min, make small balls.
4. Shallow fry / appe-pan cook on medium heat from all sides until golden and crispy

Gravy
1. Heat oil, sauté onion, capsicum, veggies.
2. Add ginger garlic stir fry 1 min.
3. Lower flame, add sauces & pepper.
4. Add water, boil.
5. Add corn-flour slurry, cook till glossy. ( adjust water and sauces according to your taste)
