High-Protein Cheesecake Made with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:
1 Cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup yogurt
1 egg
1/2 Tsp vanilla
1/3 rd cup Good Seed & nuts granola
5 Oreos
1/4 cup almond flour
1/3rd cup powdered sugar or stevia ( need white sugar to keep the cheesecake white)

Recipe:

This is total for 4 ramekins of batter, and the crust with granola & Oreos is for 2 ramekins each. Just grind & let the crust stick to the bottom of the oiled ramekins. Then mix all the ingredients for cheesecake. I didn’t add honey or maple because i wanted the cheesecake to look nice and white with red berries for Valentine’s Day. You can skip the almond flour, but since the cottage cheese is runny, the cake turns custardy & the flour makes it sturdy. Now after mixing all them to ramekins & bake them in hot water bath for 30 min. & let it cool in the same pan. Make any decoration you wish & enjoy.
