📝Ingredients
• 2 packs O’food Real Kimchi Ramen
• 3.6 cups water
• 1/3 cup spam, diced
• ¼ onion, sliced
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 1 tube silken tofu
• Enoki mushroom
• Bok choy
• Soy sauce (to taste)
👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. Build the flavor base
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add diced spam, sliced onion, green onion, and the ramen seasoning powder.
Sauté until fragrant — let the seasoning bloom in the oil for deeper flavor.
2. Add broth
Pour in 3.6 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
3. Load it up
Add the ramen noodles and let them soften.
Drop in silken tofu, the real kimchi pack, extra spam, and enoki mushrooms.
4. Finish with greens
Add bok choy and simmer until the noodles are fully cooked.
Adjust saltiness and consistency with soy sauce and additional water as needed.
Crack an egg yolk in the center before serving for extra richness.
