​Quick Paneer-Veggie Stir-fry (Simple aur descriptive)

Ingredients:
​Protein: Paneer cubes (ya Tofu)
​Veggies: Broccoli, Red & Yellow Bell Peppers (Shimla Mirch), Sweet Corn, aur Carrot.
​Seasoning: Kali mirch (Black pepper), Namak, Chili flakes, aur thoda sa Oregano ya Italian herbs.
​Base: 1 chammach Olive oil ya Ghee.

​Steps:
​Toss the Paneer: Ek pan mein thoda tel garam karein aur paneer cubes ko halka golden hone tak saute karein. Use plate mein nikal lein.
​Sauté Veggies: Usi pan mein pehle carrots aur broccoli dalein (kyunki inhe thoda waqt lagta hai). 2 minute baad bell peppers aur corn daal dein.
​High Flame: Sabziyon ko high flame par 3-4 minute tak pakayein taaki wo “crunchy” rahein, soft na ho jayein.
​Mix & Season: Ab paneer wapas pan mein dalein. Saare masale (namak, kali mirch, herbs) upar se sprinkle karein.
​Final Touch: Thoda sa nimbu ka ras (Lemon juice) nichodein ek fresh twist ke liye.
