I make this stir fry ALL the time! It’s very versatile and depending on your macros you can add ingredients to increase the fats, carbs or proteins on this. I hope you guys dig it as much as I do cause I’m having it again today 😀
Ingredients:
1 cup carrots
1 cup broccoli
1 cup snap peas
2-8 cups bean sprouts
2-4 tbs teriyaki sauace
*opt: soy sauce, olive oil, non-stick spray
Instructions:
– Add all vegetables and bean sprouts to pan, shuffle contents and cook on medium-high for 4-10 minutes.
– Add water if the veggies are dry to help steam them, you can add soy sauce for flavor as well.
– Once veggies are cooked, add noodles and teriyaki sauce.
– Stir contents for 1-2 minutes in the pan, then plate!
