Here’s Roasted Garlic with Cloves Recipe
Ingredients:
Whole garlic bulbs
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel away the outer layers of the garlic bulb skin, leaving the skins of the individual cloves intact.
Cut off the top of the garlic bulb, exposing the tops of the cloves.
Place the garlic bulbs in a baking dish or on a piece of foil.
Drizzle each bulb with olive oil, making sure to coat each clove well.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap the garlic bulbs in the foil or cover the baking dish with foil.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Note: You can squeeze the roasted cloves out of their skins and spread them on bread, use them in sauces, or add them to mashed potatoes or pasta dishes for added flavor. Enjoy your roasted garlic
