Happy Friday!! Halloween is almost here!! My kids are so excited!! I am, too, but I do dread all the candy we get! We have 9 children trick or treating this year; that’s 9 large bags of candy!

We allow them to eat some of the candy on Halloween and the fun treats at the party but the next day, nope! I swap out the candy, and we donate the rest. I hate even donating it, but throwing it out seems very wasteful.

Every year, we give the kids treat bags with awesome swaps and special treats (non-food related). I’ll share that with you in another video.

Halloween is fun and kids love it, so we allow our children to enjoy it (my husband and I’m sure some of my littles will be sneaking extra pieces of candy past October 31st for later, some of the candy could be saved for stocking stuffers I’ve done this, haha!)

Remember it’s what we eat on a daily bases that matters, you can detox from one night of candy!✌️❤️
