🥣 Ingredients
Sabudana (साबूदाना / Sago Pearls) – 1 cup (washed & soaked 4 hours)
Boiled Potatoes (उबले आलू) – 2 medium size (mashed or grated)
Roasted Peanuts (भुनी मूंगफली) – ½ cup (coarsely crushed)
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 1 finely chopped
Ginger (अदरक) – 1 teaspoon finely chopped
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) – ½ teaspoon
Rock Salt (सेंधा नमक) – ½ teaspoon or as per taste (for vrat)
(Use regular salt for normal days)
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) – ½ teaspoon
Fresh Coriander (हरा धनिया) – 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Chilli Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) – ¼ teaspoon (optional)
