Recipe –
1. Pressure cook 1 cup mung sprouts, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/2 chow chow, yellow pumpkin, 3-4 green chillies, water, grated fresh turmeric for 3-4 whistles
2. Grind 100 gms tofu, 2 tsp jeera, coriander leaves and some water to a fine paste
3. Transfer both to a pan, add water and bring to a boil. Add salt
4. Add tadka of your choice, juice of 1 lime
