~INGREDIENTS~
~For Kofta~
Eggs- 2
Boiled potato- 1 small size
Green chilli to taste
Chopped Onion- 1 small sized
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder/Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
~For Gravy~
Finely chopped onion- 1 medium size
Cooking oil- 2-3 tbsp
Cloves- 2-3
Green Cardamom- 2
Cinnamon stick- 1/2 inch
Cumin- 1/2tsp
Dry Red Chilli to taste
Bay leaf- 1
Tomato pure- 1 medium size
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder to taste
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1tsp
Black powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Chopped coriander leaves- 2-3 tbsp
Kasuri methi- 1 tsp
