Ingredients
Samosa Dough
• Maida
• Ajwain
• Black jeera
• Salt
• Ghee
• Water (as required)
Aloo Stuffing
• Boiled potatoes
• Oil
• Jeera
• Saunf
• Hing
• Green matar
• Ginger garlic green chilli paste
• Salt
• Haldi
• Red chilli powder
• Garam masala
• Peanuts
• Coriander leaves
Steps
1. In a bowl, mix maida, ajwain, black jeera, salt and ghee.
2. Add little water and knead into a stiff dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, saunf and hing.
4. Add green matar and ginger garlic green chilli paste. Sauté well.
5. Add boiled potatoes, salt, haldi, red chilli powder and garam masala.
6. Add peanuts and coriander leaves. Mix and cook till well combined.
7. Roll the dough thin and cut into half.
8. Shape the roti into a half paan style, twist and form a paan shape.
9. Stuff with prepared aloo filling and seal properly.
10. Deep fry on medium flame till golden and crispy.
