• 2–3 tbsp grated carrot (squeezed)
• Fresh dhaniya (chopped)
• Salt to taste
• ¼ tsp red chilli powder
• Pinch black pepper
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• ½ tsp roasted jeera powder
• 1–2 tbsp hung curd
• Few drops lemon juice
• Whole wheat roti
• Green chutney
• Little ketchup
• Sliced cabbage
• Onion slices
• Cucumber slices
• Thin beetroot strips
• Sprinkle chaat masala

Roll tight and toast lightly for extra crispness.
