Chapli Kabab Tacos

Ingredients:
Chapli Kabab:
* 500g lamb mince or beef
* 1 tsp salt, or to taste
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
* 1 tbsp coriander powder
* 1 tbsp zeera powder (ground cumin)
* 1 tbsp red crushed chillies
* 1 tsp coriander seeds, slightly crushed
* 1 tbp plain flour
* 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
Green Chutney:
* 2-3 green chillies
* 1 cup fresh coriander
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 cup yogurt
Other Ingredients:
* Mini tortilla wraps
* Salad for garnishing:
* Lettuce
* Tomato
* Onions
* Cheese
Method:
* In a food processor, combine chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Add it to the mince.
* Add all the spices (salt, red chilli powder, zeera, coriander powder, zeera powder, red crushed chillies, coriander seeds, and plain flour) to the mince. Mix for roughly 3-4 mins until well combined.
* Form small handfuls of the mince mixture and flatten them onto mini tortilla wraps.
* Place thin slices of tomato on top of the mince mixture.
* Heat a pan and lightly spray with cooking oil. Cook the tacos on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
* Garnish the tacos with your choice of salad ingredients, cheese, and green chutney.
* Fold the tacos and cook for an additional minute until they are crispy and the cheese has melted.
