2 tbsp Greek yogurt
3–4 dates (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes)
Ice cubes
1 cup water
RECIPE :
Soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes.
In a grinder, add strawberries, oats, Greek yogurt, soaked dates, ice cubes, and water.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
