It is prepared with raw ingredients.

Ingredients:

. 2 cup thick poha

. 1 big sized chopped onion

. some peanuts

. little oil

. 2-3 tbsp pomergranate

. 3-4 tbsp freshly grated coconut

. chopped coriander leaves

. 5-7 curry leaves

. 2 or as per taste chopped green
chillies

. 1/2 lemon

. salt as per taste

. pinch of sugar

. mustard seeds

. asefoetida(hing)

Method:

. Take poha sprinkle little water on it .

. Mix it to soak properly,and keep aside.

. In a big bowl add chopped onion,
grated fresh coconut,coriander
sugar,salt and mix well.

. Then add pomegranate and soaked
poha.

. Now prepare tempering,for this
heat little oil in a pan.

. Add musterd seeds and allow to
crackle.

. Add peanuts and saute till
becomes crispy.

. Then add chopped green chillies
and switch off flame.

. Add curry leaves in hot oil and mix it.

. Tempering is ready pour it on poha
mixture.

. Mix it properly,cover with lid and
allow to rest it for 10 minutes.

. After 10 minutes serve dadape poha.

. you can enjoy dadape pohe with
fresh curd.
