Chawaran Jo Dhodo

A traditional Sindhi favourite made healthier and protein rich using homemade low fat paneer 🤍
Crisp outside, soft inside – this gluten free breakfast is perfect for busy mornings, weight management and wholesome family meals.

Ingredients
Onion 1 Cup
Tomato 1 Cup
Green Chilli 2
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1/4 Cup
Rice Flour 1.5 Cups
Homemade Low Fat Paneer 100 Grams
Salt to taste
Red Chilli 1tbsp
Ghee 2tbsp
Water 1/2 Cup
Ghee/ Oil as required
Chutney
Curd

Steps
➡️ In a mixing bowl, add rice flour, onion, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, paneer, spices, ghee and mix everything well.
➡️ Add water and knead a soft dough
➡️ Use butter paper or plastic sheet, brush it with oil. Take small portion of dough and spread with wet hands and make round flatbread as shown in the video.
➡️ Transfer the dhoda directly on hot tawa and gently remove the butter paper.
➡️ Make slight cuts as shown in the video so that it cooks evenly.
➡️ Cook on low to medium flame. Use some ghee or oil to make it crisp and golden brown.
➡️ Serve it hot with some curd and Chutney.
