🥣 INGREDIENTS :
1 cup boiled sprouts
½ cup murmura (I used Jowar murmura)
¼ cup finely chopped cucumber
¼ cup finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Onion (optional)
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
¼–½ cup high-protein grated paneer
1–2 tbsp sev
1–2 tbsp tamarind sauce
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp chaat masala
👩🍳 RECIPE
1️⃣ In a large bowl, add boiled sprouts.
2️⃣ Add bajra murmura, chopped cucumber, tomato, coriander (and onion if using).
3️⃣ Squeeze fresh lemon juice and mix everything well.
4️⃣ Add grated high-protein paneer.
5️⃣ Top with sev, tamarind sauce, salt, red chilli powder & chaat masala.
6️⃣ Give it a gentle mix and serve immediately for maximum crunch.
