1 onion (finely chopped)

1 green chili (finely chopped)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander Powder

1tsp cumin Powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

Preparation Steps:

1. Prepare the Dough:

In a bowl, mix wheat flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

2. Make the Soya Keema Stuffing:

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and cook for a minute.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Stir in the boiled soya granules and cook until dry.
Turn off the heat and add chopped coriander leaves. Let the mixture cool.

3. Assemble the Paratha:

Divide the dough and soya keema mixture into equal portions.
Roll out a dough ball into a small circle. Place a portion of stuffing in the center.
Seal the edges and roll it gently into a round paratha.

4. Cook the Paratha:

Heat a tawa or griddle on medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on it.
Cook until golden brown spots appear, flipping and applying oil or ghee on both sides.

5. Serve Hot:

Enjoy your soya keema paratha with yogurt, sauce, pickle, or chutney.
