Ingredients (Serves: 2 adults + 1 kid)

2 medium carrots
1 medium sweet potato
1 small capsicum
1 medium onion
Spinach (optional)
2 eggs
Wheat flour
Salt to taste
Homemade masala (optional)
Ghee for cooking
Cheese (optional)

Recipe 👩‍🍳

Finely chop all the vegetables.
Saute them in a pan for about 10 minutes until slightly soft.
Add salt and a pinch of masala (optional).
Let it cool slightly, then add eggs and mix well.
Add wheat flour gradually and adjust consistency with water.
Add salt if needed and mix into a thick batter.
Heat a pan with ghee and pour the batter like a thick dosa or pancake.
Cook both sides well on medium flame.
Optional: Spread some cheese on top for extra taste.
